We are community members, parents, educators and researchers who aim to understand youth wellness.

About the Wellness Movement

The Youth Wellness Movement, developed by Community Responsive Education (CRE), measures the impact of ethnic studies and community responsive educational practices on young people across school sites. The Movement will include an index that can be used to measure classroom and school impact on the overall wellness of children, in addition to offering materials and tools for researchers, funders, educators, and the general public.

About Community Responsive Education

Community Responsive Education transforms climates, cultures, and curriculum to prioritize youth wellness through a focus on three domains of pedagogical practice: relationships, relevance, and responsibility.
