Interpersonal skills help you build friendships and work as part of a team. Your interpersonal skills are fantastic because you are kind to others and take the time to understand how others feel. Keep up the great communication!

Innerself is your connection with yourself, including how you understand and care for yourself. You do a good job at being aware of your innerself. Innerself awareness can be strengthened by caring for your body and practicing self-love. Continue to drink plenty of water daily and take five minutes a day to write about anything you are feeling. These missions can help you learn even more about yourself and what you love to do.

Interconnectedness is the awareness that we are all connected and that our actions can impact the world and those around us. Understanding this truth helps you make responsible decisions for the joy of all. To strengthen your sense of interconnectedness, practice gratitude before each meal. This can look like thanking the sun, soil, water, and beings for their part in supporting your growth. 

Let your innerself and your connection with others guide you to growing your connection with the land. Practicing respect for all living things will grow power, awareness, and joy in your life. Be a rainbow and collect all the joy you possibly can.


Journal & Draw: Take time to notice your favorite plants or trees in your neighborhood. These plants and trees guide you, even if you don’t always know it! Take a few minutes to notice their beauty. What kind of vibe does it give off? Does it feel protective? Calm? Joyful? Take some time to journal or draw about this. 

Meditate: Pick a song that brings you calm or brings you joy. Close your eyes as you listen to this song. Picture yourself in your mind as you close your eyes, and notice what you do in this version of yourself: are you dancing, are you at peace, are you with your friends? Take the length of this song to appreciate and love on yourself!

Connect: Write a letter to an ancestor. This ancestor can be a blood ancestor or one that you choose. This can be someone who inspires you to be your best self! Write a letter to them: give them an update on your life. Tell them about your strengths and challenges–what kind of guidance would you seek from them? Ask questions! Share your gratitude for continuing to inspire and guide you from afar.
